So I went to the doctor yesterday and she has released me under the condition that I don’t do anything high impact. Which in most cases people would think I couldn’t skateboard… Oh how wrong… I can ride transition till my wheels fall off… I can skate down the street… I can do more now than I have done in the last 4 months. I am very happy  to be back and look forward to my Thursday and Sunday sessions…

Shitty thing is the day I am released and wanting to just cruise around the neighborhood… it rains! Mother nature is a cunt! I have been patient this long…

I don’t know if I have just been hiding under a rock and missed something, but I found last.fm the other day and completely impressed I am! You get such a wide range of music that I haven’t discovered before. I am so hooked on this… It is a great way to find new music, especially in a time where I get bored so easily with what I am listening to on a daily basis.

I am confused by the need to keep up with my social networking groups… pages and such… I think they are entertaining at first, but that drops off kinda quickly. They end up boring me rather quickly… Kinda like my IM client accounts… I don’t really find a need to “chat” unless there is something that is needed for work. For me it has come to a quick way to send links rather than having to open up an email add user/subject/body copy & send… Maybe I am just burn out on interaction of the internet.

I still like my RSS feeds and reading what other people post, new code and PS tutorials, but as for participation is concerned I am happier just keeping to myself. And I say this as I am writing a post of my blog… oh my own irony… Maybe today is just another mood… bad sleep as of last night I fell asleep on the couch watching Forensics Files again… my own personal rerun…

I recieved the newest CCS catalog the other day in the mail and I am blown away at the majority of the use of color in the clothing… from pants, jeans, shirts, shoes… hats… dammit! I have no understanding of these new trends that are fading into skateboarding…? This bad 80’s rendition of clothing and colors…

Maybe I am just getting old and it seems silly to me, much like that pants at Hot Topic with all the chains and wide legs that cover your shoes… I just don’t get it. Sure, I wore a bit of the fluorescent colors when I was a kid in the 80’s, but this is all a bit much for my taste. The painted on jeans were bad enough and all the guys wearing girl jeans, please…

It is about as bad as 80’s glam metal clothing…
